Kinston Host Lions Club is Having a Luncheon Event and Raffle October 7

The Kinston Host Lions Club is celebrating WORLD SIGHT DAY on October 7, 2006, 12:00 PM at:

Lions Industries for the Blind (LIB), Inc., 4126 Berkeley Ave., Kinston, NC

The Club is hosting a luncheon to celebrate VIP’s and to raise funds to support assistive technology and programs for those who are visually impaired and blind. The event raffle will include:

  • Gift Cards
  • A Swing
  • Weekend at Camp Dogwood
  • Baskets from businesses such as Chick-fil-a, Bojangles, Down East Bird Dogs, and more.

The event hosts are requesting each District 31-N Zone to donate a gift basket or item to be raffled. All funds raised will go into a fund to be disbursed s needed for this cause by a committee appointed by the district.

THE KINSTON HOST LIONS NEEDS YOUR HELP IN SELLING TICKETS. Please email the following individuals with the number of books you’ll need to begin helping them sell tickets.
